My name is Brandon Grooms and I’m the new President and Lender of the Whitewright location of Legend Bank. I hope you’ll find that Legend Bank is a different kind of banking partner and that you’ll enjoy banking with us.
My Service to You
- This community is especially important to me because I grew up nearby and I’m proud to raise my children right here in this area.
- My office is at the Whitewright location and I’m there daily to work with you on all of your lending needs.
- Legend Bank’s service philosophy is built on staying connected with our customers and communities and that serving others is a privilege. This commitment is strong in the small towns we serve and this aligns with my desire to serve rural communities.
Experience and Education
- Over 12 years’ experience in the financial industry with an agriculture specialty
- Honorably served our country as a U.S. Marine on active duty for 5 years
- Achieved all duties and leadership responsibilities encompassing a Sergeant of Marines
- Served around the world as a Marine Security Guard (MSG) providing security for American embassies, personnel and classified material
- Texas A&M University Graduate with a Bachelor of Science – Agricultural Economics
