We are proud to bring you our new ATM with Live Teller to provide you with Extra Convenience and Extended Teller Hours! You can bank on the go at your convenience!


What’s a ATM with Live Teller?

Our ATM with Live Tellers have specially trained bankers that video chat with you in real-time to handle almost all of the same transactions you would with an in-person teller and they do it all through our new ATM Machines. Our Live Tellers are local Legend Bank Tellers serving you from our branch location in North Fort Worth. They’ll provide you with Legendary customer service and will help make your transactions easy and convenient, just as if they were serving you in person in the drive-thru. We hope you’ll come to know them just as you do our regular drive-thru tellers and that you’ll enjoy banking with them.

When are our Live Tellers available?

Our Live Tellers are available to serve you with extended hours beyond our normal tellers. We are even open on Saturdays! Now you’ll have more time to get your banking done earlier in the morning, later in the evening and on Saturday mornings!
Monday through Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12 Noon

Is the ATM with Live Teller open 24 hours a day?

Our ATMs with Live Tellers can be used as ATMs 24/7. Just enter your Debit Card and select the type of ATM transaction you’d like to complete.

What transactions can I do with a Live Teller?

  •  Get Cash – you’ll have the option to choose from the following denominations: $1, $5, $20 and $100
  • Make Deposits – you can deposit checks or cash, just like you would with an in-person teller
  • Cash Checks - you can cash checks for the dollar amount; any change will be deposited into your account
  • Make Loan Payments – you can make a payment to your loans (please note if paying with cash, it must be in even dollar amounts as the machine does not accept change)
  • Complete Account Transfers – you can transfer money to or from your Legend Bank accounts
  • Accept Safe Deposit Box payments
  • Check Your Account Balances
  • Provide Account Information
  • Order Checks
  • And More – virtually every type of transaction you normally do with a drive-thru Teller.

How do I use the ATM with Live Teller machine?

It’s easy, just push “Talk to Teller” on the machine and
during Live Teller hours, you will be greeted and
assisted with your transaction.
This image shows you more details about where you
will scan your ID, insert your card, check, cash and
where you’ll receive your receipt as well as your cash.
It’s very similar to how you’d use an ATM; however,
one our bankers is completing your transaction for you.

What types of transactions are not available with Live Tellers?

Our Live Tellers are unable to complete the following transactions; however, we can serve you in branch, during regular business hours with these types of transactions.
Make change
Accept bills older than 1982
Process foreign collection items
Do cash advances
Order Savings Bonds
Print Statements
Issue Debit Cards
Reopen closed accounts
Open new accounts
Make coin deposits
Order Cashier Checks
Order rolled coin
Dispense bills in $10 or $50 denominations
Complete Certificate of Deposit transactions
